The collectives of GTS (Barcelona) and Studio Forum (Annecy) agreed in the year 2003 to co-produce a disk in which three musicians linked to each collective would create compositions inspired by the silent and gradual worldwide coup d'état that has brought us to a "new" universal "order" in which, regrettably, the first victims have been the freedoms of the individual and of nations. Music never provides solutions nor can it function descriptively. These six pieces touch on the subject, they satirise or comment on a material and spiritual tragedy, but it is this brief introduction that - hopefully - might cause us to reflect. The music can be allowed to speak for itself.
